Nabhi or Navel massage is a wonderfully healing massage practice in Ayurveda. We consider the Nabhi as the most Vital energetic centre, where all the subtle energy centres in the body meet. Nabhi massage with herbal oils can strengthen the gut brain axis, improving our power of digestion, gut flora and help increase absorption of vital nutrients. This practice also releases and relieves abdominal distention, gas accumulation, menstrual cramping, and helps to correct the flow of our menses, relieving for conditions due to stagnant blood or retrograde flow, PCOS, Ovarian cysts, Polyps, and general menstrual imbalances.

Saraca Indica-This herb helps to correct menstrual disorders, helps to relieve pain with analgesic properties.
Cyperus Rotundus-Helps to correct irregular menstrual cycle, helps to balance irregular hormonal fluctuations, this herb also works on the digestive tract for healing inflammatory conditions of the digestive tract.
Trigonella Foe-Relieves indigestion, lubricating for intestinal tract, stimulating herb allowing for good circulation throughout the digest and reproductive channels.
Foeniculum Vulgare-Used for its carminative qaulities.
Blended with Castor oil for its abilities to draw toxins, break up cysts, growths, polyps, penetrating into deep tissue layers, Black seeds sesame and hemp seed oil for deep nourishment.
Instructions:
Warm oil by placing oil in a hot water bath for a few minutes before application.
Apply liberally to the navel/abdomen, use small firm clockwise circular motions on abdomen, starting from lower right abdomen ascending colon, moving upwards, across transverse colon and down descending colon. You can apply a hot water bottle of heat pack after massage for deeper penetration of the herbs.
You can leave oil on the skin or shower and rinse oil off after massage.
